Update the readme to provide information related to the approach used in the TNNLS paper, GADF + CNN. Update the referenced data sources and other material. Include animations, how to cite, license, etc - the works.

Added in some details about the approach into the readme.md. Once we have published the work, we can include the paper and some additional information about that particular experiment. This will align with the directory structure in data where experimental data is separated from other data available.
