Internal Order Confirmation Email/attachments #121

Looks good, but there is not an attached line delineated file that can be opened in excel, as discussed -- see instructions below from awhile back; this is from the copy deck. Last update you gave me was that you got it working (a csv file attached to the internal order confirmation email) but I don't think I ever saw it.

Functionality Note: There will be an email sent to info@southernicecreamtx.com, with michelle@southernicecreamtx.com CCed. This email will include the Excel order form populated with data from the online form, plus any documents that were uploaded.  -- do I need to get approval to buy the .csv converter plug-in you found? Are you sure that's the way to go/is there another option we should consider?

Josh, where do we stand on this?

Noting here that we are working on the format of the excel output. Also need to test whether docs attached to the order are attached to emails
