Allow the GPE to generate RequestFactory proxies on any object in a GWT natured project #6

Since we can generate requestfactory proxies in an appengine environment, it 
would be stellar if we could generate all the rf boilerplate for proxies via a 
right click on a class. 

It could recursively do this down on every class that needs to have a proxy 
generated for it.
