All styles display identically #1

First, thanks for this plugin, it was exactly what I was looking for!.

I'm using the plugin with SublimeText2, and the styletokens always display as red background, white foreground. I've tried it with the default theme and others, with no luck.

In this image, each word is a different styletoken: 2013-08-01_14-11-34

Such issue can occur right after plugin install, and normally resolved by sublime restart. Please let me know if restart doesn't help
