Hi @gregoireTN ! Sorry to hear that. I can not see the root of the problem from the log.
Hi
I also tried with a fresh install, but it's still not working.
The sync is working with Windows.
Not working for me either with GNOME Shell 46.0. Tried all the suggestions from above.
Update: I just realized you need a Hue HDMI Sync Box (or the Hue Sync desktop app for Windows or Mac) for this to work. I don't have that, so it makes sense it's not working. Or should it work without those as well?
Update 2: I got it to work. Via the Hue app I removed my Entertainment area and created a new one. Then in the Hue Lights extension menu I selected "Refresh displays" to get it to recognize my new Entertainment area. Select the new Entertainment area. Since I have two monitors, they don't form a solid rectangle, so I had to select anything other than "Screen" (e.g. Random or a single monitor). After all that it finally started working.
Hi! The sync mode is not working. When I select my screen in the menu (I have a dual screen) and after select the entertainment area, nothing is append. After some seconds, the ares is deactivate.
