Running VCMI with Russian translation mod on Android 12, but the Touchscreen Introduction is in English. Some game settings are also in English btw.

Latest develop as of today.

Translation mods only translate H3 data. Strings added by vcmi are part of vcmi itself (and are translated in vcmi code)
