Timer does not make a sound for Blue player #3830

Describe the bug There is no bliping sound when turn timer is about to expire.

Game logs Please attach game logs: VCMI_client.txt, VCMI_server.txt etc.

To Reproduce Set low timer, play as blue and wait until timer approaches 0.

Expected behavior There should be bliping sound for every second during last 10 seconds of a turn. Possibly also for earlier seconds.

Actual behavior No sound is heard a all

Did it work earlier? No idea.

Also saw that bug on stream, but can't reproduce it on my own for some reason. Don't see anything wrong with code either.
