running azuresigntool under wine #146

Is that possible to run AzureSignTool under Wine or in any linux docker?

AzureSignTool cannot run on Linux, and really requires Windows 10+. I don't know about Wine, but I am doubtful. That will depend on how well Wine emulates Windows signing capabilities.
