Although release 3.0.0 requires -kvt to be provided alongside -kvs and -kvc, this option is not present in the walkthrough (or the blog).

To future explorers: I found the Tenant ID (e.g. 123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426614174000) on the Overview tab of my Azure Active Directory.
