No way to get current version number to display via command line.

• --help text does not contain the version number.
• Running the exe generally also doesn't display the version.
• there is no --version option.

This hinders debugging when the version being used may not be readily clear (Azure DevOps for example)

As of version 5.0 you can now specify azuresigntool --version to get the version output.
