** Daniel requested that we add a section for the NIH Stroke Scale It is a scale that determines the severity of a stroke. It's basically a questionnaire. We need to save the answers somewhere (maybe the server?) TBD.

*For now can we get a UI that lets the Dr Select fill out the stroke scale
