Feature Request: Online Status of those connected to the Signaling Server

• There should be a way for a user to see a list of everyone connected to the Signaling Server and select a person to connect to
• This feature will be extended and used to create groups that you can call (those in the groups would only be visible to their respective groupmates) to prevent abuse of this
• The list should have an icon to indicate that a person is online (it can be a little green dot)
