bump biobakery with fix to minpath #45

I found some silently erroring steps in Humann having to do with one of MinPath's dependencies not being installed properly; see https://forum.biobakery.org/t/silent-errors-with-bad-install-of-libglpk/4814 and https://github.com/vdblab/dockerfiles/commit/06f6a2a3e75de899ed766ac6ff039bb99c519191.
