Annotation (`annotate_annotate_CAZI_split`) Timeouts #77

Some fraction of jobs seem to run into a timeout at the annotate_annotate_CAZI_split step and get killed by the LSF scheduler.

Solution - have snakemake increase the time for these jobs. (for example)
