What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see my apple tv screen flashing constantly when it comes on.
I dont know whats wrong.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I tried lswitching it off and on but still same issue.

Same problem here on more then 10 apple tv's
