IceFilms no TV shows or movies sources found #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to movies or TV Shows in Icefilms 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rapidshare sources

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
icefilms-1.0.25

Please provide any additional information below.
I see no sources when I go into some of my Tv Shows, also I noticed that it 
only happens when in the episode/movies they are categories in 

DVD=> no source
HD=> no source

Hi - icefilms 1.0.25 is now very old.  Please update to 1.1.12 and see if this 
solves your problem.  What are you running on Max, PC (windows), Linus, ATV2?

I am running it on my ATV2.. where can I get the zip for 1.1.12?
