buffering errors, choppy video, XBMC resets in Apple TV 2 (ATV2) #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Jailbreak ATV2
2. Install XBMC and Icefilms
3. Play a movie

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no choppy video, no buffering every 2 minutes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.20 on Apple TV 2

Please provide any additional information below.
I am trying to watch 24, Season 1, Episode 17, there are 6 sources from
Megaupload and no matter which one I try, I get the same thing. Choppy video,
buffering errors, then complete pause and after about 2-3 minutes, returns back
to the homescreen of AppleTV not of XBMC

How fast is your Internet connection? If it's too slow, then of course you
wouldn't be able to buffer enough of the movie. What if you try to pause the
movie for a bit? I'm unsure whether it'll continue to buffer, but I guess it's
worth a try.

Internet isn't the issue, never has been, have like a 19mbit line.

Pausing the movie lets the buffer a bit, not much but still hesitates.

Exactly same here. No problem on Mac with xbmc and icefilms.
Internet is speed is about 90mb, and ATV is cabled.

Serie starts but hangs after couple of seconds and hardly goes on.

I noticed that there is no 'buffering' message when starting the video.

1channel is working much better so i seems to be an Icefilms problem.

I'm having the same problem with Eden and Icefilms.
I've had a similar problem using NaviX on the AppleTV to connect to Icefilms,
but the problem was only present on RapidShare links...when using a different
source it worked fine.
