Xonair - Sanitising Search String #39

This is a minor issue but one that causes problems when auto-updating certain 
titles.
Generally the issue involves the ' and - characters... the best way to sanitise 
for Xonair would be to replace such characters with a space.

Xonair is down and has been for a while... I don't know that it will come back 
at this point.
