tvalacarta not playing anything on TVE destacados - seems to be a 403 error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose Channels, National, TVE, La 1, Destacados, El Ministerio del Tiempo
2. Choose Capitulo 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No video played and returned to menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Kodi (14.2 Git:2015-03-26-7cc53a9-dirty). Platform: OS X x86 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Similar error on raspberry pi.
I am based in Scotland but I can access the video using a normal web browser.
