would you please provide the link of Linux version of version 1.8.1 beta 16

A Linux version for 1.9 will follow a Windows one after some delay, currently there are no Linux versions for the new DIA-NN

We want to build an in silico predicted spectral library, but the Window GUI is very slowly, we only have Linux version computer cluster. Do you have any suggestions?

Can use 1.8.2 beta 27 to make the library under Windows, it can be 10x+ faster for very large libraries.

Can use 1.8.2 beta 27 to make the library under Windows, it can be 10x+ faster for very large libraries.
