DIANN exited after analyzed ~50% of files #1164

Dear Vadim,

I was analyzing 48 files with DIANN 1.8.1. DIANN exited while it was analyzing the 24th files. The above is the log file of that run. Could you please help me troubleshoot the issue?

Hi,

Does the problem occur with DIA-NN 1.9.1? It's currently difficult for me to troubleshoot any issues with 1.8.1 as it's a different code-base from 1.9, and the current development environment is set up for 1.9.

In any case, better not to combine FASTA digest and raw files analysis in one run, i.e. please first generate an in silico predicted library (.predicted.speclib), without specifying any raw files, and then analyse the raw files with this library, without enabling FASTA digest.
