Linux Spectral Library issue #1180

@ Linux code.txt Hi,

I am trying DIA-NN 1.9.1 in Linux. I have managed to install, however it can't read the spectral Library that I have made from DIA-NN 1.9.1 on windows. I have tied different format .tsv and .speclib always the same error: cannot read the file ERROR: src/diann.cpp: 31658: Cannot load spectral library Illegal instruction

Is it something that I should do on the Library prior ?

you need to bind the path with the data to your singularity container in order for it to see the files
