No proteins or peptides assigned #1221

Hi Vadim.

I analyzed the DIA data acquired by Q-Exactive using DIA-NN, but the output report did not assign any proteins or peptides. What could be the cause of this? The measured samples were BSA and trypsin digested samples. I have attached the report. Thank you in advance. report.log.txt

Hi Junichi,

No proteins passed the 1% FDR threshold, I guess just not much detectable in that sample. Maybe try selecting the contaminants option when both generating the library & analysing, should help. Please also generate the library in a separate pipeline step.
