From fragment.Quant.Raw to Precursor.Quantity

Hello,

How does DIA-NN 1.9.2 switch from “Fragment.Quant.Raw” to “Precursor.Quantity” in the "report.tsv"?

With the old version of DIA-NN, it added the 3 most intense fragments. With 1.9.2, I don't understand the logic?

For the legacy quantification, please see https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-019-0638-x For QuantUMS, it's described in https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.06.20.545604v1 (although the algorithm has been updated signficantly in 1.9).

I'm currently reading your QuantUMS publication. And my colleague was telling me how much she enjoyed your conference at Eubic this winter.

Would it be possible to have the slides or a document of what you said (which obviously seemed easier to understand than the publication)?
