multiple spectral library #407

Hi, Is possible to create one spectral library from more than one organisms? My samples consists from 2 different organisms (plant-fungi), so I want to create one spectral library and then to make my raw data analysis cross the 2 proteomes. I can add fasta files from the 2 proteomes and generate only one spectral library?

Hi Tasos,

Yes, please specify in DIA-NN any number of FASTA files and make an in silico library based on these.
