Semi tryptic search #711

Hi Vadim,

I'm looking for a way to run semi-tryptic search. To detect semi-tryptic peptide with using '--semi' command, does spectral library need to contain semi-tryptic peptides, correct?

Dose '--semi' command work with library free search?
