Analysis of Waters data with DIA-NN #838

I would like to analyze DIA data that were obtained with a Waters Synapt G2-Si mass spectrometer and with ion mobility acquisition. Does DIA-NN support this type of data? Thank you very much!

Probably not supported, but I have never tried if it works with mzML conversion.

It would help because DIA-NN accepts mzML as a supported file type but not Waters raw data (see DIA-NN readMe). I'm curious why Waters data is unsupported by the program. What is it about Waters data that has led to it not being supported in-program, @vdemichev ? Thanks! :)
