Multiple enzyme digestion #866

I used multiple enzyme digestion in my experiment (Trypsin + lys-c). Which enzyme should I pick for in silico FASTA protease digestion?

LysC does not require any changes of default settings as it specifically cuts C-terminal of Lysines, which also Trypsin does.
