Astral data support #921

Hi Vadim,

I downloaded a public Thermo Orbitrap Astral dataset (PXD042704) and test one 24min DIA data. In both 1.8.1 and 1.8.2 beta version, it exited after reading data, looks no error message is shown but also no report is generated. Is there any reason for this?

Is the correct Thermo MSFileReader version installed using the link in DIA-NN docs? We have indeed received reports of some Astral data working and some not (all works with mzML conversion, here I am referring to directly reading .raw files), we will investigate in the near future.

I assue the downloading files are not complete. You might check the MD5 and redownload.
