Yes, for this you need to convert the library to .tsv using DIA-NN. But the output file could be very large. Alternatively, for identified peptides can just use the main report generated with --report-lib-info.

Hi, Can can I pull out m/z, retention time, charge, ion mobility and protein accession/name from a spectral phospho library created from the reviewed human uniprot database. Best Kieran
