CT 2.3 pre doesn't save panel 2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install 2.3 pre copter or plane
2.config with ct 2.3 pre panel 2, make a change
3.save panel 2, load panel 2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
load panel two, but it loads previouse version like the current wasn't saved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3 pre, doesn't work, copter or plane....
