Where can I find that function? searched the whole MtApiClient but to no avail... code example would be appreciated.

Hi. There are two examples in folder \TestClients of repository:

TestApiClientUI - example for MtApi (MT4)
MtApi5TestClient - example for MtApi (MT5). Also you can use MQL documents from website https://www.mql5.com/en/docs. MtApi was designed with same functions. If you find absent function or type in MtApi please let me know and I will implement it.

There is an ENUM for Send but no command has been implemented on the MT4 EA or in C# code. If you would like I can write the method and post here when i have time.
