Keep DLL Release build artifacts in repo #232

It's very useful to not have to install or build entire project in order to get latest Release DLL's. A small change in the .gitignore file can accomplish this.

This issue replaces #220.

PR rejected, so closing. @vdemydiuk mentioned that perhaps he will add the DLL's as separate downloads.
