client.GetQuotes() always returns the first quote recieved

if I call the function below it gives back only the initial quotes that were received when I started the app and not refreshing.

IEnumerable listofquotes = mt_client.GetQuotes();

mt_client.QuoteUpdate and mt_client.QuoteUpdated events work perfectly.

MtApi5 settings: Enable_OnBookEvent:true Enable_OnTickEvent:true Enable_OnTradeTransactionEvent:true Enable_OnLastBarEvent:true
