Cannot Validate HTTP Post Request #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do a HTTP Post with Authorization Header
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Signature should be valid. Exception thrown that the Consumer Key is null.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Can't recall the version number, Win 2K3

Please provide any additional information below.
