Add setup dependency #2

when installing (using Python 3.8), it seems it requires sty package ;
I just updated the setup.py in order to include this required dependency.

@jbuisine Thank you for being interested in this project!

It was my diploma project, and it's not developing now, but I'm happy that someone is still taking a look at it, even though the project is pretty simple and supports only some primitive cases.
