telegram webhook registration

I can't find instruction or code for registration driver (telegram webhook). It possible only by original console command? But it use app config: config('botman.telegram.token') and this plugin don't set value. What you can advice for solve it?

sorry, can't understand clearly what you mean. Can you write what command from botman you want to be working in the Plugin?
