I need only allows admin users to upload, anonymous users are able to download, 
I how to configure the XBT tracker? Thank you!

Hello.

My client is always such a mistake: "unregistered torrent"?

I found the upload seed info_hash is not correct, and the client hash value is 
not consistent, this is why
