Changed HTTP port and now, no access #864

Ubuntu 22.04

Description

At first, access through port 5001 stopped working.. Then changed my dockerfile to port 4999:5000 to allow me to access the web console (port 5000 is used by Frigate). After starting container, noticed unhealthy on the container, so changed port in webui to port 4999 to match the forwarding and now I have connection refused on both http and https ports..

I also changed my image source from vdsm/virtual-dsm to ghcr.io/vdsm/virtual-dsm:latest while removing unused port forwarding.
