GPS LOS during CALIBRATION sometimes results in Orion getting stuck in TX

Using Orion V0.27b on a Stella16 based beacon board VE3GTC has on occasion noted that Orion seems to get "stuck" transmitting a carrier. This seems to be happening when there is a GPS LOS scenario during the middle of a calibration cycle. See attached analysis (from ArisHAB group message # 1173).

To reproduce this issue with 100% repeat-ability 👍

Running Orion V0.27b , allow the beacon to boot and complete initial calibration.

Once running, disconnect the GPS antenna to trigger a GPS LOS scenario, just after a "Telem" info message is generated on the serial monitor.
Orion will complete subsequent primary and secondary WSPR TXs and then fail the next calibration cycle with "*** Calibration Fail : No GPS PPS" message.
After the next observed "Telem" info message, immediate reconnect the GPS antenna to trigger GPS AOS.

Result: Orion will become indefinately stuck in TX (usually Primary message if AOS happens quickly enough) , with no further output on the serial monitor until a Power on RESET.

Note that this issue is likely repeatable with later versions of Orion, but have not yet been tried.

A fix for this issue was submitted in V0.30b as follows

v0.30b - Fix for Issue#6 - GPS LOS during Calibration sometimes results in Orion getting stuck in TX. Minor change to OrionManual to correct the section on configuring NEOGPS Library. Up-versioned doc to v0.4 draft.
