Plans for using go-git? #4

The project currently depends on git as a system binary, which is expected to exist in the GitHub workers. I'd say that that is a very reasonable thing to expect.

Have you looked into go-git as an option to remove the OS dependency on the project?

I haven't checked, this looks like a good idea.
