Support internationalization
- adjust folder structure
- adjust config.js
  - move sidebar function to ./sidebar/sidebar.js
  - add locale
- adjust navigation structure
- Add instruction for ledger user faced the error of checking account info failed on sync ; check status failed on sync 2
