Error transferring VTHO #30

tokens available Mytokens Error

I can use Sync, to transfer VET tokens in and out of binance as I trade. However, when I try to transfer VTHO on Sync, it doesn't allow me. I read that I can use My Tokens but I get these errors.

I have updated the firmware of the ledger, and reinstalled the vechain app and all. Even purchased new wiring for the ledger to see if that was it. Tried on another computer and same error.

Any ideas please? Or any other way I can move my VTHO?
