Sync wallet #487

Sync wallet shows no funds. What can I do?

Zdravo. Odprl sem denarnico Sync in ji naložil sredstva VeChain (VET). Imam Ledger nano s. Zdaj želim sredstva prenesti na kripto borzo. Denarnica Sync prikazuje 0,00 (nič). Kje so sredstva? Kaj lahko naredim? Pozdravi! Jann

hi @janluk786, I used translation tools to translate the issue you had. feel free to correct me if there is a misunderstanding.

if you store your funds on the Ledger device, please try the below steps

  1. Import your ledger device
  2. Once the wallet is imported you will see the funds on sync.
