VET transaction issue #541

Describe the bug I made a transfer of my VET from Binance exchange to my Sync wallet with the right wallet number. Unfortunatly i never received my VET on my wallet. I'm wondering what's happening, and if i will find my VET back. Do you think that not doing SYNC update could affect the reception of my coin.

hi @Osakastp , please provide the following information to support@vechain.com

  1. Transaction ID (Binance to ledger device ). you can find it on the Binance exchange.
  2. Screenshot of wallet detail page (wallet address needs to be shown) in sync/sync2
  3. copy https://github.com/vechain/thor-sync.electron/issues/541 and paste it in email content
