Tx from Binance not received on Sync #548

Good day,

I sent some VET from my Binance wallet to my sync/ledger wallet, and it was not received. I have attached the transaction ID. Can anyone assist?

hi @kristt2001 , I checked on the explorer, The asset successfully transferred to the designated address(your ledger address). you can visit VeChain explorer and paste your address to check it.

Hi, so why doesn’t it show up on the transaction history?
