ledger nano s #556

I connected my Ledger Nano s to vechain sync and tried to transfer VET to my ledger account from my local wallet, but it said it was dropped. I have the same amount of VET in my local wallet. Do I need to just try again? I verified the Ledger address before transfering also.

Thank you

hi @dreze00 , please make sure you have sufficient VTHO to make a transfer .

Note: a regular transfer required 0.21 VTHO

I'm not new to crypto, just VET. So you're saying VTHO is also needed for me to transfer VET using VeChain Sync app? I already have the VET in the local wallet on VeChain Sync. I'm just trying to move it to my Ledger though the app. Thank you for your time.

Yes, The VeChain blockchain has two tokens associated with it – the VeChain token (VET) and the VeThor token (VTHO). VET works like many other cryptocurrencies; VTHO, also called energy, are used to conduct transactions on the VeChain network.

Ref: Two token design Note: VET required 0.21 VTHO
