Upgrade dap-kit to use V2 APIs #307

Extension has already refactored the to use V2 APIs and mobile will implement soon. dap-kit should upgrade to use V2 APIs so that dApps can realise some of the benefits.

[ ] Ensure it's not a breaking upgrade and is backwards compatible.
