As a user I want to be able to inspect the outputs of a transaction and it's clauses before executing the transaction.

• Implement inspect outputs functionality
• Provide documentation and snippets
• Tests

Acceptance Criteria:

• A function that allows a user to inspect a transaction and it's clauses before execution.
