[Suggestion] Island Npc #8

For Players Who don't know how to play and what to do(costmizable in config)

There is no need for me to add that. You can add NPCs such as Slapper yourself on your SkyBlock island and /sb setworld and when you create the Slapper will work and it'll be there as well.
